Tom McGurk began his career with Bad Animals in 1992.
Shunned by a father who could not love a son, "plagued by the music
of the devil", Tom was forced to pursue a career in music cramped
inside the closet of his childhood home. Today Tom is out of the closet,
and is now a co-owner of Bad Animals Studio. Tom is also a five-time Emmy
Award winner in sound editing for his work on, "Disney Presents, Bill Nye the
Science Guy", and has composed music for that series as well. Tom has
also composed music for the PBS series, "Treasures of the World", as well
as numerous software titles including Freddi the Fish and Putt Putt for
Humongous Entertainment. Tom has also written and scored music for
three feature films, Love My Guts, Telepresence, and Cowboy Joe.
